At the moment we are sending mail using Zimbra will display a copy of the mail that has been sent. It can be annoying and increase space quota.

We can eliminate duplicates in the following :

1. Open & Login to Webmail Zimbra
2. Click Preferences | Mail
3. Uncheklist in section Duplicate Messages
4. Save

So when you email back had not emerged a duplicate of the email sent.
