Distribution list is a way of communication by using email in a single direction. Distribution list is almost similar to the mailing list, so just need to send information to an email address where the address contained email addresses that have been incorporated therein.

To create a distribution list on the Zimbra Mail Server is as follows :

1. Open Zimbra Admin
2. Click Manage | Distribution Lists | New | then browse the list name
3. Click search on the Add Members to this list to add members of a distribution list to be made
4. Save

To change the email account data on Zimbra Mail Server :

1. Open Zimbra Admin
2. Click Manage | Accounts | Select the account you want to change | Right click Edit
3. Advanced | quotas | Quota Account desired contents. The format in the form of MB
4. Save
